“Hi, I'm Charlotte, and my passion for home interiors has grown incredibly over the last few years. I particularly love vintage items and anything old that has a story to tell. My husband and I have recently purchased our first property and our journey of making it a family home is very important to us. I believe beauty is certainly in the eye of the beholder”.

“We’re Neil and Jonathon, owners of Catesbys - an online interiors store brought to you from our home, a Georgian rectory in the heart of Rutland. Inspired by modern country life, our carefully edited collection comprises stylish furnishings, home accessories, fragrance and gifts. We host regular events, including monthly open days and a twice-yearly French antiques fair in our garden - not to be missed!”

“I’m Molly and I live in The Barn with my Husband, children and two dogs. We swapped suburbia for The Barn, a Grade II listed barn conversion in Leicestershire surrounded by farmland. The Barn is stunning with original wooden beams, exposed stone walls and floor to ceiling windows and doors. I fell in love with it as soon as we walked in the door - it’s almost magical. My page is filled with interiors, decorating our beautiful home and adjusting to life in the countryside which is proving to be lots of fun!”

“Hi, I'm Leanne from @makingmy_home. I started my Instagram account back in February 2016 to record the daily progress of the renovation of my 1928 home in Markfield, Leicestershire. I am a textile designer and have always had a passion for interiors. I love classic interiors with modern styling and love mixing old vintage finds with newer pieces. We have now finished the majority of our building work but still have lots of decorating to do! Follow our progress @makingmy_home”.

“We’re Kenny and Gra, interior design and furniture addicts. We are online and also deal with customers directly to provide a finders service. We focus on simple stylish pieces that fit into a modern interior. Currently we have a wealth of bamboo, basket wear and ceramics. We will be offering a greater range of furniture in the coming months as we open our first workshop/showroom to create a hub for furniture and interior enthusiasts”.

“I’m Yvette and I work with my husband at our Leicester based interior furnishings business. It's a wonderful place to work and the imagination runs wild with the constant flurry of new fabrics, wallpaper and accessory samples that we house in our showroom. It's a pleasure to help realise peoples dream interiors. In December 2017 we bought our forever home and it was time to start realising our own dreams! This account follows the journey of making our 1930s house in to our home, in association with our family run, interior design and furnishings company @perkinsstockwell_furnishers”.
