John Lewis Introduces New Gifting Collection: Find Keep Give
Following the reveal of John Lewis' new visual identity, John Lewis & Partners, the retailer is also excited to launch its exclusive new gifting collection, Find Keep Give.
Designed to reflect currents trends for wellbeing, entertaining and all things decorative, the 200 piece collection spans beautiful, covetable gifts across tableware and glassware, ceramics, decorative accessories, fashion and more, 80% of which has been designed in house by John Lewis’s team of expert designers.
Never standing still, John Lewis’s strategy of focusing on differentiation through providing customers with extraordinary service, unique product that they can’t get anywhere else and enhanced services which make our customers’ lives easier, has been at the heart of this new collection.
In ten selected shops* many of the pieces in the Find Keep Give collection can be personalised, and every item can also be beautifully gift wrapped giving it the perfect finishing touch while you wait.
John Lewis’s new brand identity also puts Partners back at the heart of the businessand as part of this, there will be specially trained expert Partners within the Find Keep Give space to provide a more personal service and help customers looking for the perfect gift. The collection will sit within its own dedicated space in shops, designed to let the product breathe and allow customers to make a clear choice.
Anna Berry, head of buying, gifts at John Lewis said “We wanted to create a collection that would make it easier for our customers to choose a gift for themselves or someone they love. For this reason we have presented the collection in four categories - Gifts to Covet, Gifts to Host, Gifts to Restore and Gifts to Pause.”
Anna continues “My favourite piece is the beautiful barware that uses brass accents to add that opulent touch. This felt like a must have in the collection, as more and more of us look to create picture-perfect cocktails at home.”
A number of pieces within the collection also feature prints and packaging designs inspired by archival textiles from the John Lewis Heritage centre, which houses a rich library of designs produced for John Lewis and others going back as far as the 19th century.
